The Las Vegas Insurance Professionals recently received special recognition for their ten years of service to the Focus School Project for the Clark County School District’s School-Community Partnership Program.

Our organization was presented with the “Shining Star Award”, and was honored at the Annual Presentation Breakfast.  The LVIP were one of just six organizations to receive this award, along with Nevada Power Company, Silver State Schools Credit Union, BOOKPALS, Fiesta Henderson, and Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter.  The program was truly a moving tribute to our efforts, and the members who attended were proud to accept on behalf of our association.

 Happy New LVIP Year!   

Personally, and on behalf of the Officers and Board of Directors, thank you for your confidence, your commitment and your professionalism.    

This is the time to focus on you!  This is your organization.  NAIW's National President has chosen the theme of "You are the Most Essential Piece", and over the next year, you will see variations of this theme echoed as we build on our strengths, assess areas needing development, and examine our perceptions, and ensure that our actions, decisions and strategies support and strengthen NAIW's mission. The resulting change provides us with an opportunity for reflection, revitalization and perpetuation of our association.   

Our goal is to provide you with dynamic programs and networking in a friendly atmosphere where members are encouraged to grow professionally and mentored to become future leaders.  And while we will be working at honing our professional skill sets, contributing to our community and building relationships, we'll also be having some fun along the way. 

I am excited and honored to take this journey with you!
